Mr. Adrian Lamar Skipper, age 60 of Spartanburg, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2026 at his residence.

He was born on January 20, 1966 in Tryon, NC to the late Roy and Mary Louise Stepp Skipper. He was self-employed as an auto mechanic for most of his life. He loved to engineer and invent mechanics and create innovations in mechanical engineering. He had a vast knowledge of automotive engines. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 of his brothers, Michael Skipper and Roy Skipper, Jr.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Winston Carl  Skipper (Jada); three of his brothers, Ronnie Skipper, Wendell Skipper, and Darryl Skipper; his three year old grandson, Aiden Luke Skipper; his five year old grandson, Leland Chase McLaughlin; and his special friends, Todd Parris, Curtis Blackley, Johnny Rainey, Johnny Lee, and “Chicken George.”

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 17, 2026 from 11:30am until 12:30pm at Roberts Funeral Home.
