Carol Cannon Lee

Mrs. Carol Cannon Lee, age 78 of Spartanburg, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday afternoon, October 12, 2024 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home following a brief illness.

Life begins, life ends, and the time in between is the journey. Carol began her journey as the beloved daughter of Stanley Cannon Sr. and Mildred Cannon (both deceased), and sister of Stanley (Buddy) Cannon Jr. (deceased). True love struck when Carol’s journey led her to Mason Lee, the love of her life for 58 years. Then the road led to motherhood with daughters, Donna Lee Hajek (deceased) and Lori Lee.

Carol’s amazing journey was made even more amazing by traveling with Jesus as her savior. Her faith was an inspiration to all who knew her. Carol was a huge collector of friends. To know her was to love her. Our lives will not be the same. Her peace and reward is everlasting.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Solid Rock Baptist Church (1326 Union Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302.)

A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 11:00am at the church with Rev. Randy Lewis, Rev. Arnie Blackwell, and Rev. Amy Cantrell to officiate.
