Mr. Diego Omar Mares Castillo, age 38 of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
He was born on September 4, 1987 in Guanajuato, Mexico to Maria Rosa Castillo Nino and the late Jose Guadalupe Mares Calderon. He was self-employed working in home remodeling and construction.
Diego will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date in Fort Myers, Florida.
