Mr. Donald Richard Miller, age 85, of Spartanburg, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

He was born on May 23, 1941, in Spartanburg to the late George and Lilly Miller. He was self-employed at Kell-Co Sports for a number of years. He was a member of Gravely Memorial United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his three brothers, Robert Miller, William Miller, and Kenneth Miller.

Those left to cherish his memory include his two daughters, Cathy Miller Quinn (Eldred William Quinn, Jr.) and Debbie Miller Swanger (David); his two sons, Richard Kelly Miller and Robert Coby Miller; his four grandchildren, Abbegale Drue Miller, Brittany Bershae Quinn, Courtney Marie Quinn, and Mary Catherine Quinn Maxey (Glenn); his three great-grandchildren, Glenn William Maxey, Coby Alan Maxey, Tommy Quinn Maxey; and his beloved pet, CJ.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 11:30 until 1:30 at Gravely Memorial United Methodist Church.

A graveside service and interment will follow at Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens at 2:00pm. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.

Flowers are appreciated, however, memorial contributions may be made to Gravely Memorial United Methodist Church, 7400 Lone Oak Boulevard, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
