Jan "Mema" Hill

Ms. Jan “Mema” Hill, age 67 of Roebuck, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday afternoon, November 26, 2024 at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born on December 27, 1956 to the late Hugh Mack Hill and Joan Davis Wade. She had worked as a telephone operator with Telequest Communications for many years and had attended St. Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking, taking care of her family, the outdoors, and the beach. She also had a very deep love for her chosen family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Theresa H. Gosnell; and her two brothers, Hugh Mack Hill II and Joseph Mark Hill.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Kylan Gosnell and wife Ashley Gosnell; grandchildren, Katlyn Gosnell, Shawn Gosnell, Kameron Gosnell, Trinity Mahaffey, Malachi Mahaffey, Leah Mahaffey, and Rachel and Tommy Mahaffey.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 29, 2024 from 3:00pm until 4:00pm at Roberts Funeral Home of Boiling Springs.

Funeral services will be held following visitation on Friday, November 29, 2024 at 4:00pm at Roberts Funeral Home Chapel of Boiling Springs.
