Mr. John William McGuigan, age 62 of Spartanburg, passed away in the early morning hours of Saturday, July 4, 2026 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.
He was born on January 24, 1964 in Spartanburg to the late Joseph John and Myrthice Maki McGuigan. He had been a mechanic for most of his life. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife; two brothers; and one sister.
Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Sean McGuigan; and his sister, Patrice Corn.
Mr. McGuigan will be cremated and no formal services will be held.
