Joseph DeTrana-Tapp Obituary

Mr. Joseph Paul DeTrana-Tapp, age 73 of Spartanburg, passed away on Thursday evening, March 13, 2025 at Valley Falls Terrace.

Mr. DeTrana was born on December 16, 1951 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Frank and Virginia Tapp DeTrana. He was welcomed home by the love of his life, Darlene DeTrana Jones.

Those left to cherish his memory include his four children, William Neil DeTrana (Dayna), Joseph DeTrana (Mary), David DeTrana (Tiffany), and Laurie DeTrana; his brother, Frank DeTrana (Brenda); twelve grandchildren, Shyellen, David, Matthew, Christopher, Abe, Nick, Barbie, Zach, Dawson, Ashlyn, and Laina and Launa DeTrana; and one great-granddaughter, Katalina DeTrana.

Mr. DeTrana will be cremated and no formal services will be held.
