Joshua Kyle Ward

Mr. Joshua Kyle Ward, age 36 of Spartanburg, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on April 2, 1987 in Spartanburg to Rex Ward and Jeanette Lynn Norris Alderman. He was self-employed as a mechanic. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill Norris and Curtis Ward.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Austin Kyle Ward; his parents, Rex Ward and Jeanette Alderman (Steve); four brothers, Jonathan Chad Ward, Kyle Alderman, Dillan Alderman, and Logan Alderman; his grandmothers, Emma Deane Norris and Virginia (Gin) Ward.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Roberts Funeral Home of Boiling Springs.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 4, 2023 at 11:00am at Good Shepherd Memorial Park with Rev. John Cox to officiate. Pallbearers will be: Austin Ward, Chad Ward. Dillan Alderman, Logan Alderman. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Billy Norris and Steve Alderman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beaumont Baptist Church.
