Robert Matthew Efinger

Mr. Robert Matthew Efinger, age 84 of Boiling Springs, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at his residence.

He was born on January 5, 1941 in Islip, New York to the late Matthew and Rose Cherney Efinger. He had been a locomotive engineer with the railroad for most of his life. He was a long time member of the Moose Lodge and a member of the Model Railroad Club.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Lora Efinger; his son, Kurt Efinger (Angela); his sister, Ann-Marie Pease; his grandson, Nathan Efinger, and his mother-in-law, Janet Murphy.

Mr. Efinger will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Light of Christ Church, 2067 Moosic Lake Road, Mt. Cobb, Pennsylvania, 18436.
