Mr. Tommy E. Cooper, age 83 of Townville, SC passed away on Monday morning, May 20, 2024 at Anmed Health Hospital of Anderson.

He was born on June 30, 1940 in Brown County, Ohio to the late Charles and Prudie Coffey Cooper. He had worked as an engineer in manufacturing for most of his life.
